My stomach is grumbling as I'm typing this post.
Went to Astons for lunch (again) on Tuesday with my BFF. Usually we have to queue for a while before we could get a table, but we reached there super early so there wasn't any crowd!

LOL. The CNY decorations make the place looks so
cheena. It's a western food restaurant, for crying out loud. I mean, they don't decorate 店小二 with Christmas stuff during the Christmas season, right?

Mine! Hickory BBQ Chicken with french fries and potato salad. Looks mouth-watering, eh?
Food at Astons are super delicious and affordable! No wonder that place is always packed with people.

Chinese New Year is arriving soon! Not that I'm thrilled. Except for the food (hmmm, abalone... yum yum!) and the
hongbao money, I don't really like CNY.
I mean, COME ON. Every year it's the same thing. You visit your relatives, and all your aunties ask the same questions, "Are you studying or working?", "Where are you studying now?", "How was your exams?", yada yada yada.
Don't know if we are celebrating Chinese New Year or are we being interrogated by nosy people.
This year's CNY falls on Valentine's Day too.
Which is just
REALLY REALLY EFFIN' GREAT because other than those questions they are going to ask, they have
MORE questions like "Do you have a boyfriend?" and "Are you going to celebrate Valentine's Day?".
Then I would have to reply, "No. I don't have a boyfriend." (to which they would ask "Why NOT?"), and then I would feel like
CRAP for the rest of the day after being bombarded with tons of questions. WTF.
Oh well.
C'est la vie.

The Wind That Blew My Heart Away

Every song has a coda, a final movement. Whether it fades out or crashes away. Every song ends. Is that any reason not to enjoy the music? Because the truth is, there is nothing to be afraid of. It's just life.
